Project Manager, Online Projects - European Markets
This company is one of the industry leaders in its goal to be the most player-focused games studio in the world. Their current online PC title is one of the most successful games out there, coming with outstanding player numbers and critical acclaim thrown into the balance too.

They are currently looking to hire an organised, passionate and determined Project Manager to look after and support the company’s publishing activities within Europe.
Responsibilities:
• To create and maintain detailed project schedules and status reports
• To work with localisation and development departments to ensure these aspects of a new territory launch are delivered on time
• To work with European Marketing, PR, Business Development and Community Management team and to ensure each task is completed on schedule
• To partner with the company’s legal team to assure all legal requirements in a new territory are met
• To ensure actions and processes are clearly and precisely documented and put into practice
• To identify risks and establish mitigating strategies
• To enable the European arm and US based HQ to maintain full visibility on all priority related issues concerning both EU and American markets
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in project management and use of project management methodologies
• A solid track record of successfully managed online projects
• Efficient at building relationships with all key areas of the business to be an effective project manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organisational skills and a detail-oriented approach to identifying and solving issues
• Proven record of establishing and running effective teams
• Previous experience working within high-capacity, internet-based systems
• A Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Business degree / MBA or equivalent is a plus
• Proven international experience within the European market
• Aptitude to work in fast-paced working environment
• Ability to grasp and understand new subject matters quickly
• Fluency in English is an absolute must with any additional European languages being a definite bonus
This role will require regular travel both within Europe and to US HQ, so flexibility on this is required.
