Project / Production Manager
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative, fun, energetic and expanding studio!
The company is based in a central location which offers excellent transport links, first class entertainment and shopping, as well as plenty of different restaurants, cafes and pubs in close vicinity.
This company is looking for an experienced Production / Project Manager to support the growth of the studio (currently standing at 90 staff) and ambition of their current development portfolio. This is not a typical Producer role (if there is such a thing) and they need people who understand that a great manager works for their team, not the other way round.
The senior management team strongly believes in people taking ownership and responsibility and that working together as teams to solve problems, achieve goals and deliver working software is critical to the company's success. Their approach is rooted in Agile principles and uses the Scrum framework.
Summary
They require an exceptional Project Manager to work with their teams to help them plan and deliver their goals. In other companies, this role might be called ‘Producer’ or ‘Development Manager’. The people they are looking for will have an absolute passion for project management and take great pride in helping people and teams be successful.

• Successfully managing projects within defined constraints (headcount, time, scope, budget)

• Working closely with internal or external service providers and clients including QA, outsourcing, mocap etc.
