Job Description:
We're looking for a strong, experienced leader who will strive towards making our QA team the best in the industry.
Responsibilities:
· Manage individual and team performance of a QA team that is 18+ testers strong.
· Source and recruit great testers. Build up the QA team and make it rock!
· Serve as a point person and a liaison for Test Department. Establish and maintain strong communication with Leads and dev/prod teams.
· Create efficient plans, assignments, and schedules for the QA team.
· Oversee discipline and incentives for QA team members.
· Track, analyze, and report on projects' progress.
· Actively and consistently evaluate testing processes and efficiencies. Determine needs and implement improvements.
· Ensure that the QA Team meets deadlines and performs at the highest level of quality possible.
· Motivate and train QA team members.
