QA Test Lead
Responsibilities:
• Be able to lead a team both onsite and offsite including offshore contractors.
• Able to test in fast-paced environment with both long and short development cycles.
• Able to perform both white and black box testing.
• QA backend and frontend website features, load/performance and automation testing.
• Participate in and/or lead projects from start to finish including defining test approaches, and test plans.
• Participate in review of requirements and designs.
• Able to work with designer/producer/engineer to participate in defining testing risks.
• Able to support live rapid deployment online service.
• Develop the technical competency of QA.
