Treyarch is seeking an upbeat and well organized multi-tasker Receptionist to handle all reception administration needs and act as a production assistant regarding operations of company. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking a career in game studio and is looking for a foot in the door.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer phone, take messages and forward calls
· Greet visitors, maintain sign in log and NDA signatures
· Receive all incoming packages
· Sort and notify employees of daily mail and packages
· Place weekly orders to Albertsons and Costco
· Order team food, daily and weekend meals
· Schedule candidate interviews with Managers for Recruiter
· Clean and stock kitchens with food and paper supplies
· Submit facility service requests and follow up
· Handle office needs: move desks, mount whiteboards, hang art, assemble chairs and furniture accessories as needed
· Receive and process game orders
· Assist Operations and IT Departments as needed
Requirements:
· Proactive, reliable and responsive
· Excellent verbal and writing skills
· Team player with ability to work in rapidly changing environment
· Solid computer skills (MS Windows, Excel, Access)
· Detail orientated and able to multi-task
· Able to move, hang and assemble desks and other furniture
· Interested in working for a video game developer
· Provide all manner of support
