SalesForce Systems Analyst
Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a SalesForce.com Systems Analyst with 8-10 years of application design/administration experience and 2-3 years of SalesForce.com implementation experience. The position includes implementing solutions focused on Service related business processes specifically, Salesforce.com and other custom solutions. You will work directly with internal stakeholders to lead projects, facilitate business process analysis sessions to develop and deliver key components of Cloud technology solutions in support of Activision business processes. This position requires direct involvement in developing systems requirements, specification, process flows, application design, application configuration, testing deployment, stabilization and ongoing enhancements and defect resolution.
The ideal candidate will be:
· A problem solver
· Able to plan, construct and implement business validation rules and custom object relationships
· Focused on delivering high quality Gamer experience
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree
· Technical, hands on experience with SalesForce (SFCD) certification experience with SalesForce.comworkflows, triggers, reporting, dashboards, views, APEX, API framework, bulk data migration, scripts, workflow rules, web page layouts
· Salesforce.com certification (technical requirements, system configuration, user requirements, and all related policies and procedures)
· Experience working with the SalesForce.com Portal
· Ability to introduce new SalesForce.com elements
· Manage projects to integrate data from other core systems with Salesforce.com
· Partner with lines of business to drive appropriate technology solutions
· Conduct business systems analysis and design, data modeling, analytics, process flow modeling, and process re-engineering
· Work with business users to understand needs and ensure SalesForce.com is being utilized as intended
