Unannounced FPS (PS3, X360, PC)Experience & Qualifications:
- Creating high quality animation rigs, systems, setups and workflows
- Creating simple animations and setting up physics simulations for in-game events.
- Assisting animators with troubleshooting setup and animation problems
- Maintaining the technical integrity of art in the production process.
- Creating simple Entity animation for testing
- Assisting in cinematics set construction, assembly and maintenance.
- Writing MEL, Python and PyMel scripts for animators and artists
Additional Information:
Pluses:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced understanding of form and anatomy.
- Advanced Maya use with MEL, Python and PyMel scripting and dynamics experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting for technical issues.
- Willingness to listen to and accommodate user requests to make intuitive rigs.
- Knowledge of model topologies and how they relate to rig deformations.
- Game credits a huge bonus!
