Senior Consumer Insights Analyst

You’ll be in charge of finding out key characteristics of our European gamers – their wants, their needs, and how they view our games. With millions of players playing across multiple countries and nine languages, it can sometimes get hard to keep track of who are our users.
That’s where you come in. Using sophisticated custom research tools ranging from online research panels, surveys, focus groups, and more, you’ll be in constant communication with our user base. You’ll identify what consumers like about our games, and what we could do better. Equally important, you’ll be the powerful voice for the consumer – talking to our game teams, marketing and others to help make these changes happen.
We are looking for a custom primary research professional, who is a comfortable communicator. Enthusiastic about computer games and fluent in English, the ideal candidate will also have these qualifications:
• An undergraduate degree – preferably in Market Analysis, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative discipline.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in market research position conducting custom primary research.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with consistent error-free execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with analytics software (e.g. SPSS) a plus.
