They are now looking for a Senior Creative Operations Assistant to join their Consumer Products Design department on a permanent contract.

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the European Design Manager, the primary purpose of this position is to improve our efficiency of communication and collaboration between creative & business teams in order to support ambitious growth plans for the region, through overseeing the approval process within Europe, establishing systems and processes for greater alignment between countries as well as the business & design teams and supporting regional category management.

Key Results Areas:

*To create systems to coordinate retail initiatives and coordinate category management to drive innovation and improve product offering in region.

*Establishing processes for greater collaboration with business teams and creative resources will facilitate development of pan European programs and support the drive for more innovation in our products.

*To deliver technology solutions which streamline and improve our product development within the region - improving our portfolio to better compete with other brands at retail.

*To ensure approvals process is runnning efectively, to increase visibility of all product development to key partners regionally & globally.

*To deliver technology solutions which streamline and improve our approvals procedures in the region - ensuring our licensees' developmental requirements are adequately met.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:

*Project manage and track critical paths for key driver projects, halo and special projects, licensed customised programs across Europe

*Establish system and liaise with business teams and licensees regionally to gather specific category & retail specific information.

*Work with design team and European Licensing category managers to establish processes to drive innovation within Europe.

Requirements:

*3-5 years experience in similar project management role.

*Fluent in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel, Power Point).

*Excellent project management skills - project management experience essential.
