Senior Engineer Required- Central London Location

My client is looking for an experienced games programmer with both strong technical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills to join their team to work on documentation, sample code and training materials for developers.
Job Description:
The team produces a range of documentation for developers, including technical white papers, training materials and articles for our clients’ website on a wide range of development topics. Strong written communication skills are essential, along with prior experience of writing technical documents.
The successful candidate will also work on sample code tutorials for SDKs and research optimal techniques for the materials that they prepare, giving feedback direct to the R&D; teams on the usability of our tools and libraries. Through these projects the successful candidate will have the opportunity to expand their experience and develop a deeper understanding of our clients’ hardware, SDKs and development tools.
On the training side, you will design and create technical presentations which you’ll present to developers at game developer conferences or on-site training and consultancy we provide. Therefore the candidate must be a good presenter and communicator.
The ideal candidate would have experience of a range of games development technologies from working directly with platform SDKs, perhaps as part of a core technologies team. Along with strong technical skills, he/she would have presented at technical conferences and contributed articles to websites, magazines or other publications.
