Senior Game Designer – Netherlands - Salary DOE

Description
We are looking to recruit a battle-hardened Senior Game Designer with an affinity for online/multiplayer design. As the successful candidate, you will play a pivotal role in formulating the game design and guarding the game\'s vision. You will also act as a mentor, problem solver and source of bravery and inspiration for your fellow troops.

Requirements
We want you to contact us if:
• You\'ve worked on (and completed) one or more FPS/action games as a Senior Game Designer
• You have experience with all stages of game development
• You\'re articulate, have strong conceptual skills and the ability to communicate your ideas visually and verbally
• You enjoy working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams
• You are analytical, have good sense of fun gameplay and are experienced in tuning and balancing
• You thrive on problem solving and have a strong understanding of UI principles, usability and playability
• You have past experience designing combat systems in the FPS/action genre
