Senior Gameplay Programmer - North West UK Games Studio.

My client is looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to work with a talented team on an exciting, high profile game. Your role will be to bring the game design to life, creating exciting and compelling gameplay. You will be responsible for many of the major gameplay features.
The successful candidate will report to the project’s Technical Director and receive a competitive package in line with their experience and ability.
Job Description Responsibilities:
•Analyse, design and implement significant gameplay technologies
•Implement required technology with negligible assistance
•Passionately drive for gameplay improvements
Experience:
•In a senior role, shipped at least one successful game
•Worked as core team member during early stages of development
•Broad experience in many different gameplay areas (driving, shooting, cameras etc)
•Player audio/visual feedback
Required Attributes:
•Obsessive pride in making the best game you can
•Willingness to get your hands dirty in all areas of gameplay development
•Initiative in solving whatever problems come your way
•Great verbal communication with the rest of the team
•Outgoing, positive personality
•Strong C/C++ and software engineering principles
