Senior Producer for Successful Developer working on 360 Kinect Title
My client is an established company known to make highly successful and innovative games.

They are looking for an excellent Senior Producer to work on an exciting, unannounced XBox360 / Kinect project. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and have a clear view of the casual and social games market and where it is going. If you are sharp-minded, passionate about making great games, and ready to take on the next challenge in your Production career, then this could be the role for you!

Main Tasks and Accountabilities:
• Lead an internal team developing a title for Xbox 360, maintaining the highest-level quality standard throughout development.
• Maintain a strong, positive working relationship with the publisher and its team.
• Work with Project Management and Lead teams to ensure clear definition and prioritisation of tasks.
• Play a contributing role in the development of new concepts.
• Help develop and evolve new and existing production methodologies.

Key Skills & Abilities:
• A proven track record in producing successful videogames, including current generation console games.
• A familiarity with the current demands of console community, online and graphics technology features.
• The ability to identify and manage potential issues at both a micro and macro level.
• A familiarity with the current demands of console community, online and graphics technology features.

Experience:
• Solid experience of working on console games at Producer level, ideally multi-platform.
• Experience of seeing at least one shipped title from start to finish.
• Experience and understanding of large software publishing organisations and their processes.

Personal Attributes:
• A passion for playing and creating great videogames.
