As Senior Producer you will be responsible for creative and commercial success of innovative market leading titles.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 5+ Years Games Production and or Design Experience
• Successfully produced multiple high profile and commercially successful game/franchises on PS3 , X360 or Wii platforms
• Hands on, Collaborative Leadership style
• Excellent Commercial awareness
• Able to work effectively with marketing and community management
• Evidence of making design/content decisions which have improved project quality
• True passion for games combined with a commitment to delivering the best achievable gaming experience
• High credibility with development peers combined with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Proven Team Manager
• Solid Project Management Skills
• Budget Management from £1M+ per project (minimum)
• Diplomacy when working with internal and external partners
