Turn 10 Studios, the creators of the Forza Motorsport franchise and a division of Microsoft Studios, is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test who wants to make a big impact on the quality of our titles. In this role, you will need to work closely with talented team members across several functional disciplines to identify, extend and derive new automation strategies for our content test team. This job requires a strong technical candidate with the ability to come up with new ways to reduce testing cost and increase our automation footprint.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and comprehensive test strategies, plans and solutions
- Integrate and collaborate with Development, PM, Operations, Art, and Design
- Identifying inefficiencies in current test practices
- Building C#, PowerShell, 3D Max Script automation across multiple content team areas
- Driving the implementation of scalable and efficient test automation strategies or tools to enable more efficient test coverage

Qualifications:
- BS/MS in Computer Science/engineering/related discipline or commensurate industry experience
- 5+ years of experience in software testing including shipping multiple products.
- 3+ years of C# development experience
- Understanding/experience with diverse testing methodologies (fuzz testing, pairwise testing, unit testing)
- Prior experience with automation scripts, efficiency tools and business intelligence gathering/reporting
- Excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Strong in debugging, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Passion for engineering excellence through automation and process improvements
- Ability to balance multiple tasks and work efficiently in an agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies such as Scrum and test driven development
- Experience writing PowerShell or shell script automation
- Experience using 3DS Max or 3D Studio Max Script (Optional)
- History working on or shipping a AAA rated game title (Optional)
