SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (DIRECTOR), ADVERTISING
DESCRIPTION OF MINIMUM JOB TASKS
Senior Project Manager, Advertising works with the advertising, consumer marketing, and product teams to drive development process, coordination and schedule management. Creates a flexible, yet clear process to deliver the highest quality product efficiently and effectively. Develops and maintains a high level of client satisfaction by working closely with a variety of internal and external partners to facilitate the expert execution of online, print, broadcast, and other advertising projects in conjunction with the other consumer marketing disciplines. Provides leadership to the Advertising and Media team, performs qualitative and quantitative analysis on advertising process, improves work flow and promotes efficiencies. Key duties include creating and communicating schedules (with agency partners), planning and managing project schedules from kickoff to completion. The Senior Project Manager must have a thorough understanding of advertising. Requires superior communication skills, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, organizational, and the highest level of interpersonal skills.

TASKS
• Develop, communicate and maintain tracking reports that are effective at informing the broad stakeholder teams re: project status and potential issues
• Works with Advertising and product marketing teams to manage schedule and budget tradeoffs
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with internal management teams
• Represents Advertising and Media and its entire process in an efficient manner so that the product teams maintain an accurate understanding of campaign development and timelines.
• Establish and manage business rules to ensure efficiencies
• Effectively interface and coordinate with external agency partners to keep schedules current and update on changes internally and externally
• Research and study global label business to better understand challenges and strengthen LABEL/GPO organization.
• Communicates efficiently and effectively with global team to understand WW needs and integrate into the process.
• Creates and maintains detailed history of all account / project communications.
• Be consistently available to creative, production and administrative staff so they may be able to fulfill the project development plan.
• Responsible for project team staying on schedule throughout project development.
• Follows proper quality control procedures.
• Implements and maintains project schedules, plus their revisions while the jobs are evolving.
• Takes active responsibility for all project stages, including project supervision of vendor employees.
• Able to anticipate and interpret input to allow team to offer preemptive service.
• Anticipate to prevent downstream creative, production, or execution problems.
• Gathers all required client approvals and authorized signatures.
