The EA Legal Department provides legal services to EA’s worldwide corporate, product development and publishing divisions.

Role Overview
Provide administrative support to EA’s Stock Administration Team, Corporate Services Team and Litigation Team. Duties include:

 Answer and screen phone calls, calendaring, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, preparing expense reports, preparing Power Point presentations, arranging catering, mailings and preparing correspondence
 Provide forms to employees and file them accordingly
 Update information in Equity Edge database
 Navigate iManage our document management system
 Mail important legal documents
 Prepare and assist with litigation materials
 Tracking and filing real estate documents
 Maintaining confidential employee files
 Inventions Committee Administration: tracking requests, creating agendas, setting meetings, following up with committee members and requesters
 Manage invoices/issues in Serengeti eBilling system
 Contribute to the sense of fun and camaraderie in EA’s Legal Department


What skills does EA look for??

 Prefer 2+ years administrative experience supporting lawyers either at a law firm or in-house.
 Strong computer and Internet skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook).
 Experience with stock administration/litigation is a plus.
 BA preferred.
 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong prioritization and organization skills.
 Detail oriented.
 Resourceful and able to work with initiative and common sense.
 Capable of working with discretion in an environment exposed to a high level of proprietary and confidential information.
 Desire to build a long-term career with an in-house legal department.
