As a result of expanding its engine licensing/support business in Europe my client is looking for an experienced technical designer/artist who will work closely with the Territory Manager to provide pre and post licensee technical support for current and future European licensees. This includes being involved in demonstrations, arranging evaluations, evangelizing the Unreal Engine at tradeshows etc., as well as assisting in providing European localized tools and documentation. In addition to working with licensees, you will also have the ability to keep your skills fresh by working on various Games products.

Responsibilities:
This person must be sufficiently familiar with the functionality of Unreal Engine 3, and sufficiently knowledgeable of technical development topics, to directly respond to European evaluator and licensee’s support questions.
Assist the European Territory Manager with Unreal Engine license efforts including but not limited to live Unreal Engine demonstrations, arranging evaluations, providing pre-license technical support, evangelizing Unreal Engine at tradeshows, etc.

Qualifications:
Experience with Unreal Engine 3 content creation in all aspects of the content creation pipeline
Experience in providing support, giving lectures or training and/or writing technical documentation in a field related to 3D graphics
Ability to not only create content, but teach that process in small group settings as a talk (interview will contain public speaking component)
Ability to read and write English fluently and ideally proficient in other languages
Technical Customer Service experience
Computer programming skills, especially for C++, multi threading, GPU
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
