Web Content and User Experience Producer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a driven, problem solver to drive site content publishing and design to enhance Activision's Self-Service Customer Service channels.
Major responsibilities will include:
· Design, implement, test, and iterate user experiences and page layouts to optimize overall customer experience.
· Direct and own all content within the Self-Service Customer Support website.
· Serve as web content and analytics SME.
· Work with internal business partners to deliver the right content for the target audience.
· Work with stakeholders and internal/external partners to successfully execute Activision's Self-Service experience.
· Formulate requirements documentation when necessary.
· Monitor and review content to ensure quality content is posted and maintained.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have:
· Superior problem solving and analytical skills
· Demonstrated understanding of web user experience and a passion for staying on top of industry trends.
· Sufficient knowledge of web technologies to scope, manage, and work effectively with developers, designers and stakeholders.
· Demonstrated ability to manage a shared team across geographies and time zones.
· Strong sense of urgency and a self-motivated working style.
· Excellent communication, people, and project management skills.
· College degree (strong preference for technical degree).

- Propose solutions to enhance the site based on metrics, web trends and best practices.
· Work with internal business partners to deliver the right content for the target audience.
· Work with stakeholders and internal/external partners to successfully execute Activision's Self-Service experience.
· Formulate requirements documentation when necessary.
· Monitor and review content to ensure quality content is posted and maintained.
