A need has arisen for a talented HR Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. As the HR Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function including the current team. You will actively be responsible for creating and implementing the HR strategy, overseeing all current members of staff, hiring and retaining new members of staff and ensuring all compliance is adhered to. This is a challenging but rewarding role for someone who is looking to create an established HR function from scratch!
We are looking for an HR professional with a background in Technology or Gaming. You will be passionate and outgoing, energetic and ambitous, with strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills. A good understanding of Employment Law and a passion for games is beneficial. Our client has requested a CIPD qualification so candidates may be asked to submit the latter prior to offer stage.
